Description
This class is where movement meets meaning. It's designed with sensitive bodies in mind—whether you’re dealing with aches, stress, or just needing a softer approach to yoga.
We’ll flow slowly through simple shapes, pausing often to breathe, listen, and notice how the body feels. Along the way, I’ll weave in scripture and space for prayerful reflection, so you walk away not only physically refreshed, but spiritually renewed.
This isn’t about flexibility or pushing yourself harder. It’s about tending to your body like sacred ground, moving at a pace that feels kind, and letting God’s presence fill the quiet spaces.

Directions
Cork yoga mats and various props are available, but feel free to bring whatever you like to use. Wear comfortable clothing so you can easily move. No experience is required as every pose can be adapted for your body. You'll leave class feeling lighter, calmer, and more rooted in peace.
