Directions
Roll over area(s) of concern and/or on your neck where the scent can reach your nose. Inhale deeply, and reapply if necessary. For children over two, roll on area of concern or on the bottoms of the feet.
The essential oils used in these blends are safe for children ages 2+. For younger, roll the blend on yourself, and allow the smell to reach the child.
